"Surprisingly easy to find"
The meeting point was actually really clear in the email, which I appreciated since these things are usually more confusing than they need to be. The pier number and time were easy to spot, and even though I’m not great with directions, we found it with no trouble and checked in quickly. Made the start a lot less stressful than I expected.

"Refund was actually super easy"
I had to cancel our Alcatraz visit and request a refund. They got back to me the next day, and the money was back in my account a few days later. It was actually painless, no drama or hassle at all.

"I booked it thinking the ferry time was…"
I booked it thinking the ferry time was already set, but when we got there, the schedule on the site didn’t really match what we were told at the pier. Not sure if we missed something or if it changed last minute, but we ended up waiting longer than expected and it threw off our plans a bit. The tickets worked fine in the end, so that part was okay, but the timing info could definitely be clearer.

Everything worked fine at the pier, which was the biggest relief. We were trying to get Alcatraz tickets last minute and almost every other site showed no availability. This one actually had tickets for the day we needed, and the booking process was really easy. The tickets came by email, we showed up, and had no issues at all.

We booked the trip without much trouble and did make it to Alcatraz just fine. The island was really interesting, and I’m glad we went. I just wish there had been more time to actually wander around and take it all in. It kind of felt like the schedule was set up in a way that kept us looking at the clock the whole time, like we’d better hurry or risk missing the ferry back. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but it definitely wasn’t as relaxed as I expected

"Boarding was smooth, even if it felt a little hectic at first"
I used alcatrazislandtickets.com for our trip, and the boarding was way easier than I thought it would be. At first I was sure it was going to be a mess because there were a lot of people standing around, but somehow it was actually really organized. The line moved steadily, the staff were clear about where to go, and we got on the boat pretty much on time. It did feel a little crowded, but also not stressful, if that makes sense. Overall, simple process and I’d probably use them again.

I booked through alcatrazislandtickets.com, and the audio guide ended up being the best part of the visit. The sound was clear, it was easy to follow, and the stories made walking around the prison feel way more interesting than just wandering around on your own.
The only thing is, it does take a bit of effort to keep stopping, listening, pausing, and figuring out where to go next, especially when it’s crowded. Still, it never felt too long or boring, and being able to go at my own pace helped a lot. Overall, booking and using it was smooth

"Easy booking, but the wait was annoying"
I booked my Alcatraz tickets and the process was simple overall. The confirmation did come in faster than I expected, but I still found myself waiting around and refreshing my email, which was a little frustrating. I just wish the email had included a bit more info so I didn’t have to wonder about the details.

I booked through alcatrazislandtickets and wasn’t totally sure what to expect since I got a voucher first instead of the actual tickets. But it was simple. The instructions made sense, I showed the voucher info, got the tickets, and everything went smoothly on the day. No weird problems or extra hassle, which I appreciated. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an easy way to book, and I’d use them again.

Booking was simple enough, but I wasn’t sure what was actually included until I had to dig around and double-check a few things myself. The ticket details could’ve been much clearer, especially around the times and what parts were covered. It worked out in the end, but it took more effort than it should have, and I’d expect at least an apology for the confusion
